The Xperia 1 II packs the latest Snapdragon 865 chipset, Memory configuration of 256GB internal storage & 8GB RAM, a revamped camera setup, and 5G support. Aside that, the company also confirmed that it’s developing the Xperia Pro, which is meant to serve as a professional tool for video makers.
Most of the notable features includes, a 6.5” 4K HDR OLED panel with 21:9 cinematic ratio, Android 10 out of the box, 20fps bursts with AF tracking, which means that all shots in the burst will be in focus, 3D iTOF sensor, IP65/IP68 water and dust resistance, a 4,000 mAh with wireless charging support, 3.5mm audio jack which is gradually packing its bag from most latest flagships amongst others.
As a flagship phone you should expect the price to be higher than a soaring eagle, but the main thing to be concerned about is the fact that the phone was built to support 5G, so it might not really be available for certain regions…obviously Sony didn’t have everyone in mind for this phone….quite a professional shot you’d say.
